Davide Giuseppe Zanetti

The chef

His experience was consolidated by years passed learning the art in the most famous north-eastern kitchens. A passion that began as a young boy, when Davide spent his summers working in the luxury hotels of Abano Terme and Ortisei. Passion soon become profession, made stronger by training periods at Perbellini, and Trattoria di Giovanni Rana, first as a chef de partie for first courses, then as sous chef. After a brief period at the Osteria da Pietro in Castiglione delle Stiviere, he held the position of sous chef at Fontanina di Verona for two years, after which he became head chef at the Caffè Dante. Years of experience have made him one of the three pillars of the Palazzo della Ragione Workshop. He is now the teacher: he is often invited to hold well-known cooking courses, the last one being in piazza Viviana, in the Quality Living kitchen.
