A creator of small emotions
Son of artists, chef, cake maker, also consultant, and still passionate about art and luxury. Skills and passion united in a company that carries his name. His career began when he starter wandering among seminars and workshops with masters and cake makers of international fame: at the Etoile in Chioggia, Saint Vincent with the maestro Morandini and specialisation courses on using sugar and chocolate both in Italy and abroad. From knowledge to consultancy in Miami, Moscow, Shanghai, even at Fauchon in France, where his love for finger food began. Inspiration. These “small emotions”, these indulgences, characterise his first pastry shop, which opened in San Martino Buon Albergo in 2000.
