Head of the pastry section, she has been working with Luca Dall’Olmo since the times of the pastry shop in San Martino Buon Albergo, Verona. She has accumulated years of experience in the restaurant, gastronomy and finger food sectors, without neglecting experience abroad: from Spain to Antigua where she worked for three years. After this she returned to Dall’Olmo and the Palazzo della Ragione workshop.
